Governor Kim Reynolds recently hired a consultant to look at realigning Iowa’s Workforce systems to better serve businesses and individuals. Iowa’s Community Colleges are engaged in this process through local business roundtables and a survey of students. We look forward to the continued conversation and finding ways to make the most efficient use of state systems and resources to address current and future workforce challenges.
