The new OSHA vaccine mandate for employers with more than 100 employees will apply to all Iowa public entities because of our OSHA plan. This mandate, however, has been challenged in court and has been put on hold. Additionally, during the special legislative session, the Iowa Legislature passed a law stating that employers must provide religious and health exemptions for anyone requesting them. We will continue to provide update information and guidance as these issues unfold.
