Local Government SSB1034 Secretary of State Changes the filing deadline for voter registration forms that would be due on the date after Thanksgiving from the following Monday to the next day the office of the county commissioner of elections or the state commissioner of elections is open. Allows the county auditor to use an electronic register instead of a paper register if certified by the SOS office. Training for election personnel must be conducted before each election.
