This week’s legislative action included a passing a 3 percent increase to State Supplemental Aid (SSA) for K-12 school districts and caps on medical malpractice lawsuits. A delegation of five Iowa Community Colleges attended the National Legislative Summit in Washington, DC and met with all members of the Iowa Congressional Delegation.
