Apprenticeships HSB 82 - Companion bill to SSB 1086 Governor  Establishes the Iowa office of apprenticeship within IWD. CDL HSB 92 Department of Transportation Requires states to request information from the national drug and alcohol clearinghouse to determine individuals' ability to obtain a CDL.
