Mandatory Training for Newly Elected and Appointed Officials Available from Ahlers & Cooney Available Before Legislative Session Begins
Beginning on July 1, 2025, newly elected or appointed public officials who are members of governmental bodies are required to complete a training course regarding the Open Meetings and Open Records law within 90 days of taking office. Ahlers and Cooney are offering this course online for both new and incumbent officials in webinars on November 21 and December 12. Check out the registration pages for more details!
