Since 1981, Rick Franck has been an elected member of the Board of Directors at Western Iowa Tech Community College, including serving four terms as Board President. He has also served as an elected trustee for the Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison. His other memberships include the Iowa State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Iowa Council of School Board Attorneys, and the Iowa Municipal Attorneys Association. Rick attended and graduated with honors and distinction from the United States Air Force Academy, University of Iowa, and George Washington University. He is a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. |
