The Community Colleges for Iowa Awards Program celebrates and honors excellence across Iowa’s community college system by recognizing individuals and partners who demonstrate exceptional commitment, service, and impact. The awards reflect a continued focus on recognizing outstanding contributions from across our colleges and communities.
Each of Iowa’s 15 community colleges is encouraged to participate in the awards process by submitting nominations for select categories. Honorees will be recognized during either the annual Trustee Conference (Trustee & Community College Leadership Awards) or the Convention & Tradeshow (Outstanding Community College Awards).
