An Act prohibiting the state or a political subdivision of the state from expending revenue received from taxpayers for payment to persons responsible for ransomware attacks, and including effective date provisions. 

An Act relating to homestead tax credits for certain persons sixty-five years of age or older. 

An Act relating to the college student aid commission's reporting requirements. 

An Act relating to matters before the Iowa ethics and campaign disclosure board, including campaign finance filings, attribution statements, authorized gifts, and delinquent payment penalties. 

An Act relating to open records requests. 

An Act requiring proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the country for a student to be classified for in-state tuition and fees at a regents institution or community college. 

An Act modifying provisions related to the national guard service scholarship program and establishing the national guard service continuing education program. 

An Act relating to the penalty for public employees and public officials taking money from a public employer. 

An Act relating to work-based learning, including by repealing provisions related to regional industry sector partnerships and the statewide work-based learning intermediary network, establishing the workforce opportunity fund within the department of workforce development, modifying provisions related to career and technical education, student teacher requirements for students with substitute teaching or para-educator experience, and the future ready Iowa skilled workforce last-dollar scholarship program, and making appropriations. 

An Act relating to open meetings and open records, providing penalties, and making penalties applicable. 

An Act relating to the organization, structure, and functions of state and local governments, providing for salaries of certain state officers, making statutory corrections, resolving inconsistencies, removing ambiguities, and including effective date provisions. 

An Act relating to higher education, including diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, tuition, and administrator hiring at state universities, membership of the state board of regents, and student-employer work and tuition programs at state universities and community colleges. 

An Act relating to boards, commissions, committees, councils, and other entities of state government, and including transition provisions. 

An Act relating to school security, including by requiring certain school districts to employ or retain school security personnel, establishing the school security personnel grant program within the department of education, and authorizing school employees to be issued professional permits to carry weapons.

An Act relating to school funding by establishing the state percent of growth and the categorical state percent of growth for the budget year beginning July 1, 2024, and including effective date provisions. 

An Act relating to education, including by requiring community colleges and certain private institutions of higher education to publish information related to the average income and student debt of graduates, requiring school districts to provide students enrolled in grades eleven and twelve with information related to the average income and student debt of graduates of postsecondary institutions in the state, and modifying provisions related to supplementary weighting. 

An Act relating to state taxation and appropriations by combining special purpose funds, modifying individual income tax rates, placing assessment limitations for property tax purposes on commercial child care facilities, and modifying unemployment benefits, and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.
